The Service offers both free and paid tiers of service. Free users are limited to 3 vehicle description generations per day. Paid users can purchase additional vehicle description generation credits.
Any content you upload, submit, or post to the Service ("User Content") remains yours. By posting User Content, you grant VINSCRIBE a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Service.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
VINSCRIBE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if VINSCRIBE reasonably believes you have violated these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VINSCRIBE will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
