Fleet & remarketing guide

Fleet decisions need clean history, not vague stories.Per-VIN research you can repeat at scale manually.

Use VINSCRIBE’s browser workflow for NMVTIS-class reports and AI-assisted review when you acquire, rotate, or sell fleet and commercial units. We do not operate a fleet telematics integration or batch API yet—plan for deliberate per-VIN checks until bulk tooling ships.

Provider of NMVTIS dataReport

See title, odometer, theft, and accident indicators in one workflow—built for sellers and inventory teams who need confidence fast.

Built for your workflow

What fleet teams use today

Acquisition and disposal diligence

Verify title brands, mileage events, and reported indicators before you move metal between regions or remarket off-lease units.

Consistent review criteria

Apply the same report + AI summary workflow across buyers so approvals do not depend on whoever had time to Google.

Risk signals in one pass

Scan for odometer flags, theft records, and branded titles without juggling multiple ad-hoc sources.

Remarketing transparency

Give downstream buyers defensible documentation when a vehicle spent time in multiple states or roles.

Works with your process documents

Export PDFs and share internally—no promise of a proprietary connector to your FMS until we ship one publicly.

Built for mixed-duty fleets

Cars, vans, and light trucks supported through the same VIN workflow you already use for retail acquisitions.

Roadmap transparency

Bulk ordering and deeper fleet tooling are not available in production yet. If a page elsewhere still references instant bulk generation, treat it as outdated—this section reflects the live product.

What is available now vs. planned

We would rather under-promise than imply integrations or batch tooling that your operations team cannot actually access yet.

FAQ

Common questions

Is there bulk or API access for dozens of VINs?

Not yet. Today every report is purchased and viewed through the standard web workflow. A bulk ordering experience is on the roadmap—watch release notes and the blog for timing.

Does VINSCRIBE integrate with our fleet management system?

No dedicated FMS connector ships today. Teams typically copy VINs into VINSCRIBE, save PDFs, and attach them to whatever internal system you already use for approvals.

How should we think about AI summaries?

AI highlights help you read faster—they do not replace the underlying NMVTIS-class source data. Always review the official fields when a decision is high stakes.

What does pricing look like for fleets?

Reports are sold per VIN at published retail pricing unless you have an approved enterprise arrangement. There is no special hidden subscription for fleet teams in the self-serve checkout flow.
